path — only "/cms" is allowed. menu — dashboard items: a table plus a title; the table must have an admin block, or be the built-in users. Menu items are filtered by the visitor's role. Note: the sidebar links in hbs/cms/_layout.hbs of this site mirror cms.menu — if you change the menu, update the layout too.
